Unicorn K-CA cartridge kit for potable water filtration systems. Standard filtration kit includes 3 cartridges:

1. PS 1005 - 5 μm Expanded Polypropylene Cartridge. This cartridge is made of polypropylene fiber, which is resistant to devastating impact of bacteria and does not react chemically with any elements. The foam consistency of the material helps achieve its highest efficiency. The cartridge purifies water of sand, sludge, corrosion, mill scale and other mechanical impurities.

2. FCA - Granular Activated Carbon Cartridge. Granular activated carbon significantly improves gustatory qualities of water and eliminates chloride impurities, enriches its taste, color and smell. The cartridge has its own pre-filter and post-filter which both entraps mechanical impurities and coal dust particles.

3. FCBL - Sintered Carbon Block Cartridge. This cartridge is made of sintered activated carbon based on CF-block (carbon fiber-block) technology. It reliably purifies water of chlorine and its compounds, pesticides, herbicides and other trihalomethanes, mechanical impurities over 1 μm. It significantly improves gustatory qualities of water, enriches its taste and smell, removes turbidity and unpleasant smell, while preserving its natural structure and beneficial mineral composition. The cartridge removes 99% of the chlorine and 96% of the lead from water. The cartridge kit provides combined sorption purification (activated carbon + CF-block), which helps entrap heavy metals, purifies water of chlorine and its compounds, pesticides, herbicides, removes turbidity and unpleasant smell, enriches its taste, while preserving its natural structure and beneficial mineral composition. Suitable for all standard three-stage water filtration systems.
